We are now able to see Emergency appointments!

Tuesday May 5th, 2020:

We hope this post finds you and your family safe and well. We are now able to serve your emergent and urgent eye care needs! This is by appointment only, Monday – Friday between 10:00am – 2:00pm. You can reach us at 802-388-2811.

Your visit to our office will look a bit different than you’re used to…

* We ask that you wear a mask or cloth face covering into your appointment.

* Your temperature will be taken upon arrival.

* You will be asked to complete a form acknowledging that you haven’t experienced COVID-19 symptoms in the past 2 weeks, have not traveled out of state in the last 30 days and that you haven’t, to your knowledge, been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 in the past 30 days.

* We have installed plexiglass shields at the front desk to protect both you and our staff.

* Please limit the number of family or friends that accompany you to your appointment. Ask them to stay in their vehicle if it is safe for them to do so.

* We will have one door for entry and one door for exiting the office. The front door most of you are traditionally used to entering the office will be the EXIT ONLY door. To enter the building, please use the handicap accessible ramp to reach our ENTRANCE ONLY door.

We look forward to once again assisting you with your emergent and urgent eye care needs. Please call the office at 802-388-2811 to set an appointment.

Be well and stay safe,
The MEAI Team

We now offer video-call frame styling!
Want or need glasses and sunglasses? We are now offering Video-Call-Frame-Styling with Jess!
Please call the office at 388-2811 to set up an appointment with Jess to browse the frames we currently have in stock. Jess will spend time, one on one, with you via video call to choose up to 3 frames from our inventory. We will arrange a curbside pickup during our current office hours from 10 am – 2 pm Monday – Friday. We will allow you up to 7 days to decide if the frames you have chosen will work for you. We ask that you provide a credit or debit card to be charged for the price of the frames if you do not return them in 7 days. We will not require any payments unless the frames are not returned or until an order is placed.
Once you’ve chosen a frame, you can easily drop the frames back in our drop box during our current hours or mail them back to us. As always, we require half down to order your glasses. Patients can continue to use their VSP benefits and flexible spending. We are assisting and accepting applications for a payment plan through Care Credit. Call us today at 802-388-2811 to learn more about this program or if you have specific questions. Thank you for your support!
